PPR Crossover

Description

During the installation of water pipes, the distribution of water pipes and pipes is relatively complicated, and it is inevitable that the pipes will turn or two pipes cross. Installation Method

Install the water pipes close to the ground or the wall at the intersection of the pipes through the PPR crossover, the crossover is concave upward, the protruding part is close to the ground or the wall, and a hole is cut out of the wall and the ground with a tool at the protruding part of the crossover. Just put the protruding part of the bridge bend in, keep the crossover in line with the water pipe plane, and finally place a water pipe above the intersection of the water pipe in the concave part of the crossover.

The Vi-cat softening point of the PPR tube is 131.5 degree . The maximum working temperature can reach 95 degree , which can meet the requirements of the hot water system in the building water supply and drainage code.

4. Long service life.

Under the condition of working temperature of 70 degree and working pressure (P.N) of 1.0MPa, the service life of PPR pipe can reach more than 50 years; at normal temperature (20 degree ), the service life can reach more than 50 years.
